About Us

grizzlyac family

Misty is originally from a small town near Wilmington, North Carolina.  She moved out west with her family, where she eventually crossed paths with Forrest for an unforgettable Harley ride!  The two were married shortly after they met and began a family.   Misty graduated from the University of Phoenix with an associate’s degree while she was a new mom to 8-month-old twins.  She now homeschools their 4 young children and also manages Grizzly’s scheduling and office duties. The Rodems have a passion for helping our community and are very active in the Scouting BSA and Cub Scouts.

Who are we?

Expert Cooling, Heating, Air Conditioning Installation & Repair

Forrest and Misty established Grizzly Mechanical heating & cooling company in 2012 to better serve the Phoenix West Valley.
Montana native, Forrest Rodems, was valedictorian of his trade school and took to the HVAC like a duck takes to water.  He worked for a few HVAC companies in the valley before setting out on his own.  He put his small town values and his education at Montana State University to work in forming Grizzly Mechanical LLC!  Forrest earned the nickname “Grizzly” because he is not quite a teddy bear, and despite his tough outward appearance, he has a huge heart for helping others.
